About 1,000 top elite and amateur skiers participated in the 2-day 2004 China Vasaloppet classic races, 50K, 25K, 15K, and 3K held in Changchun, China on Jan. 3-4, 2004. The 2004 China Vasaloppet race event was a part of a month-long Ice and Snow Festival event in Changchun China.
