FREE to use kayaks, canoes, paddle boats, a fishing boat is included with a cabin rental.

We are PRIVILEDGED to welcome MARK FOGELSON singer/songwriter who will be performing here at Rainbow Resort. The songs of R. Mark Fogelson capture the essense of traditional Folk by focusing on human stories, emotions and triumphs. His songs hearken back to an era when storytellers handed tales down through generations, yet they remain powerful commentary about the rapidly changing world in which we live. Listeners find his music approachable, heartwarming, humorous and thought provoking. Come and enjoy.

To assure a great time is had by all, we offer many amenities and activities for all ages and at the same time you will receive great PERSONAL SERVICE. Each GUEST is important and high priority to us. We have 15 miles of our ski trails on resort property which provide scenic biking and hiking with an abundance of wildlife. Our disc golf course offers fun for the whole family.

Keep in mind the possibilties for an inspiring business retreat for a small or large group. We have a number of special camps and activities scheduled such as DICK BEARDSLEY MARATHON CAMP September 7-12, 2010 . Dick Beardsley has assembled one of the finest groups of coaches in the country for his DICK BEARDSLEY'S MARATHON RUNNING CAMP here at Rainbow Resort. Campers from all over the United States and the world attend the camps. The number of campers per camp is limited to provide unbelievable access to the coaching staff and a truly unique wonderful experience.

Our modern lakeside cabins, vacation lake homes #2, #8A & #8B, are wheelchair accessible and include a roll-in wheelchair accessible shower. They are located about 100 feet from the lake on level ground in a beautiful park-like setting. Our vacation lake homes have all the comforts of home at the lakes. Come on up and enjoy a relaxing time by the lakes. There are several excellent golf courses close by,

We have several incredible spring/fall/winter specials including: HALF-PRICE RATES for MIDWEEK stays (Monday thru Thursday). HALF-PRICE RATES Sunday night if you stay a Friday & Saturday night. 25% weekend special discount for 2-persons in a 2-bedroom cabin. Call on Wednesdays or later in the week for our last minute getaway specials for the coming weekend. (In the winter season, daily ski passes are included free of charge as a part of the cabin rental rate.) Take advantage of our unbelievable midweek specials for your company or group retreat in the non-summer seasons and save 20% on our weekend rates for groups of 20 or more.

July 16TH; 2010: Our youth guests this week produced a wide variety of nice fish in a short period of time during the youth fish contest. With just a hour and a half to fish they caught some nice Bluegill, Pumpkinseeds, Rock Bass, Perch, Crappie, and Large Mouth bass.

June 22Nd; 2010: Some of our younger guest enjoy the morning creating their own personalized plaster of Paris plaques.

June 22Nd; 2010: With the warm summer temps the Water Balloon volleyball has produced some great spirited fun and competition. With more teams than ever participating the double elimination games have been one of the favorite activities during the week.

June 23Rd; 2010: One of new activities this year; the Rainbow Olympics is a great activity for guest of all ages. With a variety of events for up to 10 person teams, it has been great fun but challenging both physically and mentally.

May 9Th; 2010: Trumpeter Swans taking flight into the early morning fog. Wildlife watching of all kinds is a very relaxing and interesting activity here at the resort and sometimes it can offer some very different events.
