SKI TRAIL REPORT

March 20TH, 2009: This past week's mild temperatures has moved our ski trail conditions to springtime. Our trails are 95% snow covered however conditions vary widely on daytime temperatures. We do have a mile weather forecast for the weekend; could be a good opportunity for some late season skiing in some Spring like weather. Our winter and spring specials include HALF-PRICE RATES for mid-week stays (Monday - Thursday nights), HALF-PRICE RATES Sunday night if you stay Friday and Saturday nights, 20% large group weekend discount for groups of 20 or more, & special 2-person discount of 25% in a 2-bedroom cabin on Friday and Saturday nights. Take advantage of our Wild Wednesday weekend specials by calling on Wednesday or later in the week for our specials for the coming weekend.

Day ski passes are only $10 per person and $20 per family. ***Day ski passes are provided FREE with cabin rental.***

See the University of Minnesota snow depth map (link provided below) for snow depth reports. We are located in northeastern Becker County which is west of Leech Lake. The March 4th map shows our area on the edge of a dark purple area of 18 to 24 inches of snow.

March 12, 2009: Another 8" of fresh powder snow from Tuesday has given us mid season ski conditions. Black Bear freshly groomed. Conditions should be ideal for this weekend.

March 12, 2009: Brush Cat freshly groomed.
