Cross-Country Skiing

The 23 kilometers of onsite skiing trails are groomed for classic and skate skiing and provide ski in, ski out access from the cabins.  Our trails range from flat terrains for beginners to roller coasters that challenge more experienced skiers. Explore our expansive trail network and enjoy the beauty of the winter landscape. Snowmobiling

Rainbow Resort has long been a beloved destination for snowmobiling enthusiasts. Our resort is located on a network of hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails. Experience the thrill of gliding through picturesque winter scenery as you explore the trails. Ride to Itasca State Park, Shooting Star Casino, Detroit Lakes, Park Rapids and beyond.  Our cabins are fully winterized, and we provide snowmobile supplies such as gas, oil, and belts.
